Return Period
You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

All original tags must still be attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step return instructions. Please note: Items sent back without first obtaining return authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Final Sale Items & Gift Cards
All discounted or clearance items, as well as gift cards, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Product Exchanges
Need a different size or item? The fastest solution is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU Customer Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund Information
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
