We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
Please allow 1 to 5 business days for us to process your order after payment has been confirmed. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
We work with reliable shipping providers, including trusted USPS, to ensure your order arrives safely. Standard delivery time ranges from 20 to 30 business days, depending on your location. Delays may occur due to customs procedures or national holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its progress.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Visit our returns center to initiate an exchange or return. If the item is still in stock, you’ll have the option to receive a replacement or store credit. Please include details about the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost. Packages returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at your expense. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. In such cases, we will provide tracking and order details so you can file a claim with the postal service. If you believe your package has been stolen, please file a police report and send a copy to us. We’ll work with you to find a solution.
